Progressive Studios has developed a unique bridge between small business and education. Over 50 students from universities and colleges including Berkley School of Music, Temple University and Mansfield University have taken their internships here at Progressive.
Joe currently serves as an Adjunct Professor at Harrisburg Area Community College where he teaches Music Business and The Internet during the Fall semester and Music Computer Applications (MIDI Composition) during the Spring Semester. He is also a Professor at Lebanon Valley College where he teaches Audio Recording and has hosted over 35 interns. Jay Kirssin brings his HACC recording labs to Progressive for 2 weeks every April. Our spacious acoustically designed rooms allow over 20 students to quickly put their audio skills to work in a unfamiliar environment as they actually record a band. Plus we have ample parking for over 25 cars.
